Prior to a scheduled Virtual Visit, patients will be sent information on how to access their Virtual Visit.
Please note: Providers are also offering Virtual Visits by phone for patients who do not have access to video technology.
Before you connect with your provider, please visit the self-set up page for detailed information about logging into Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway and testing your device. Patients who do not have a Patient Gateway account will connect with their provider through a link provided by the clinic. Otherwise, prepare for your provider visit as you normally would, including having your questions and health updates ready.
If your insurance covers Virtual Visits, you will be responsible for your standard insurance office visit co-pay.
